This blog is a place for me to share my "treasures" from shopping. I've always loved clearance racks and sales and lately that has turned into coupon hunting too! When I was in high school I would come home from the mall, lay out all the things I purchased on the couch, get out a calculator and figure out how much it SHOULD HAVE COST and then how much I actually paid. So, this blog is now my couch ...a place to see what I purchased and figure out my savings. And also a place to pass along my deals to you!
People ask me if I end up spending more money because I buy things we don't "need"...or wouldn't have bought without coupons. There are some fun things that I like to do with the things in my stockpile and eventually as time allows I'll share some posts about that. Also, people ask me how much TIME I spend figuring out the deals before I go. So, I want to try and keep track of those stats as well.
I'm hoping this blog helps me to become more organized with both time AND money. We want to be able to give more and do more as a family....let the frugal adventure begin! =)
